Auditorium; meeting room with roundtable; carrel: archival records, documents, registry of cemetery; community office.

Synagogue (small chapel)
The synagogue of the neolog jewish community in Szombathely, designed and operated according to religious standards.

Visiting for individuals, without prebooking: Wednesday 15.00h, Friday 15.00h

Visiting hours upon prebookings:
Sunday – Friday 10.00 – 16.00

Admission is 800 HUF per person (400 HUF student/retired)
Photo admission: 1.000 HUF per person (750 HUF student/retired)
Audio-guide (hungarian/english/german) 300 HUF per person

Discount for groups min. 10 persons: 10% from the admission fees, every 21th persons’ admission free of charge.

Guided tour:
1/ Hungarian/english guide 3.000 HUF/group of max. 15 persons, cca. 30 min excl. Béla Bernstein Cultural Center

2/ Hungarian/english guide 5.000 HUF/group of max. 15 persons, cca. 60 min incl. Béla Bernstein Cultural Center

Guided tour is available only if previously booked by phone! Group with more than 15 persons can be entry in two divided groups due to the capacity of rooms.

Audio guide is not needed in case of guided tour. Only authorized local guide is approved.

No entry to the Synagogue uncovered shoulders; wear of cap/kippah is binding for men! Security-check is mandatory for all!
